You can’t get through to them at all, always in a queue and sometimes the line gets cut off just as you are the first one in queue. Its always we don’t have any appointments available so you will have to call back later and when we call back at the time given magically all appointments are taken and we are then told to call back the following morning at 8am and the same process starts again. It’s as if there is no concern or importance of patients at this GP surgery. Definitely leaving this surgery snd registering my family with a new surgery, one that values its patients and doesn’t have its patients questioning the system.

Good doctors once we get to them. But the process to get to them is absolutely ridiculous. I am on the phone apparently next in the queue and been waiting for over an hour . On some occasions I am 2nd or 3rd in the waiting queue on the phone but waiting nearly 2 hours to get through and talk to the receptionist. Absolutely terrible. Once we get through after waiting nearly 2 hours, we are told they can not make us an appointment now and that we must either call at 2pm or go online .

Phoned surgery & was told I was 3rd in queue, after 1 hour I was 1st in queue after another hour of being 1st in queue I was cut off. Phone back & I'm 4th in queue. What joke they should get rid of their phones.

I had to wait 1 hour 15 minutes before I was attended to on the phone. The newer receptionists lack people skills, show no empathy towards patients. A couple of old staff are most helpful if you get them that is. The surgery need to look at improving their phone service and get receptionists that want to help patients. Covid restrictions were lifted last year - why does everyone have to wait outside the surgery other than people with appointments, and then have to wear a mask even though you're outside. GP's rush you when you have an appointment, half the time you forget half the stuff you want to discuss. The appointment system is really poor - if you want an emergency appointment you have to put a request in between 8am and 10am - is there no consideration for working people, or parents that have to do school run etc. It's disappointing that once a brilliant surgery now seems to be losing the touch.

Review titled New receptionist

My parents attended their appointment with this GP, they do not know one word of English. They showed a letter to the receptionist, and she got in touch with one of her colleagues. My parents are from Turkey and only understand Turkish. There was a Turkish receptionist and she helped my parents really well, they came home talking about how kind and respectful she was. Im really thanking her for her accompany.
