Have recently needed support, downfall the appointment system. Once speaking to a clinician was fine. Communication with surgery and patient could be improved. Appointments not made as this is frustrating to get one. Sometimes you would like to see the GP face to face.

I called to explain I was having bleeding in my pregnancy. The doctor on the call totally disregarded this and was trying to give me cream for my constipation and asking if I wanted my bloods taken. It felt like he was not professional and was asking me my opinion then offering support. I had to call 111 instead.

Had left a triage request today for a personal problem. The lady was very kind and considerate and she helped me find a time slot to work around my job, this was great she was also very informative and very clear. Would like to say thank you again to the receptionist.

Called care navigation for an appointment, was put on doctors triage, was list called back by care navigator with an appointment right away. I did not wait long for my call to be answered

I would like to thank the care navigation triage receptionist on 12th September at 8am for being so helpful today. She was very understanding and solved the situation immediately. I'm very grateful to for help. She was very polite and professional.

the staff are very welcoming and friendly whenever I need an appointment they fit me in early they are also some very considerate people who don't mind looking after you so much love for all the people there
