I called for an emergency appointment today at 10.09am, I have been seen by a very helpful and supportive GP, I handed my prescription into the dispensary, received my medication within 3 minutes and now I’m home. All within an hour. Thank you so much Great Witley staff - especially to the lady on reception this morning who booked the appointment for me. 5* service.

Having received a call from reception staff out of the blue I was surprised by how rude, confrontational and unhelpful they were. When asked questions they didn’t have answers to instead of offering help or assistance…or even to get back to me once they that the information their attitude was that it was someone else’s problem and to pass the buck.
