I've decided to take steps to change my GP due to a frustrating experience with the repeated blood tests ordered without any results or follow-up. Despite being directed by staff to undergo these tests, when I asked for results, they denied ever advising me to have a follow-up bloodwork. This lack of accountability left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a patient. What's even more concerning is that crucial information seems to be withheld. It has come to light that some of the tests they had ordered likely wouldn't provide a complete picture of what might be causing my issues. Patients deserve clear explanations and transparency when it comes to their health.

Doctor is extremely helpful,understanding and knowledgeable.she is really polite and clear.I had illness that no one from my previous surgery ever told me but when I saw ,she explained me everything really clearly and politely.I am really Thankful and happy with the surgery,staff at reception nurse physiotherapist and Doctors are the best. Many thanks 🙏🏻

Had another appointment today with the same doctor and cannot fault anything about my appointment, Impeccable service and he even dealt with another problem I had which he didn’t expect. ! The reception staff are always friendly and respectful as are all the staff - would highly recommend this GP Practice after being with them for over 20 years

I went today to see the Physiotherapist and whilst talking with her (2nd appointment) she asked if a Cortisone injection would help, within 10 minutes I got to see the GP who gave me the Cortisone injection in my hand. Cannot fault this service or the Doctors and staff. Would highly recommend to anyone
