    This was my first visit to the Green Practice but I could not have found them more helpful. Registering was straightforward and they were really helpful about fitting in a last minute doctor's appointment for me alongside a test I needed doing. Both the nurse and doctor I met were extremely nice and did their best to be helpful and supportive. Thank you Green Practice, very lucky to receive such a great standard of care.

    I am a type 2 dabetes patient: due to my nature of work, I was unable to give the urine sample to the clinic, and the clinic refused my request for my dabetes medication, until I gave my urine sample to them. My blood sugar was monitored by blood test, and i can't understand how my dabetes tablets relate to my unrine sample. Furthermore, I cannot believe that a GP can refuse my prescription because I did not sumbit a urine sample. It was a very bad experience and the receptionist was very rude.

    Dear Ms Hongye Gu Thank you for your feedback We apologise for the difficulty you had in obtaining your repeat prescription. It was done on the 12th March and was sent to the chemist. I am so disappointed that you have had a bad experience with the reception staff especially as we have put regular training in to place. This is not how we wish to help our patients nor the image that we wish to portray. Please accept my apologies for the distress this may have caused you. Thank you for booking an appointment with myself last week where we were able to clarify and understand the need for the urine ACR test to be done as part of the diabetes check up. As mentioned at the consultation, the urine protein test gives us an indication of the effect of the diabetes on your kidneys, the diabetes control and also your cardiovascular health and hence makes it an important test for the diabetes check in addition to the Hba1c blood test.     I dit not get prescription for my HRT patches, because of limited appointments and I had appointment recently because I have a lump and was referred for a scan. I was told by receptionist that I can have appointment next month, so I have to wait for my prescription one month and discontinue my treatment. As a women going through menopause and having several health issues for this reason I am not able to get prescription because of appointments limitation. Previously, I had infection and prescribed antibiotics did not wirk so I could not see the doctor because I have seen him already. I was in pain andcwent to hospital emergency unit for new antibiotics and later received text messages from my GP that I should not take unnecessary emergency appointments at hospital. This is not right and not acceptable unless that are general NHS rules not a single practice. We all paying this same taxes so for this reason we should pay different taxes depending on our GP rules?!

We have several on the day emergency appointments and our routine appointments are available within 4-5 working days. I am so disappointed that you have had a bad experience with the reception staff especially about appointments as we have put regular training in to place. This is not how we wish to help our patients nor the image that we wish to portray. With regards to prescriptions especially HRT and contraception we always prescribe while the patient is waiting for a review appointment with the GP. Please accept my apologies for the distress this may have caused you.     The reception staff are extremely rude, unkind, robotic and unhelpful. They behave as if they own the surgery. The call waiting time is almost 1hr every time I want to book an appointment. They are treat a patient as if they have made a huge mistake by falling sick. They don't have humanity and answer as if a robot is answering. Please don't register here if you are looking for kind people when you are not well. This is the last thing a person needs from their GP. This GP is a complete waste of tax payers money and they need to be investigated. Reception needs training on the basis etiquettes how to treat people. I would not recommend this GP to any human.

    I have just woken up with rashes all over my body and they refuse to give me an appointment as it is not 8am. They also do not let you book within 2 weeks of your previous appointment. As someone who has a lot of problems with health issues this is unacceptable. This practice is failing.

We have several on the day emergency appointments and our routine appointments are available within 4-5 working days. We understand that there is an increased demand for appointments and hence we have increased the number of appointments to help with the above demand.     Reall reception service week, Their staff, lack understanding and unhelpful,they do not know how to attitude with patients. Today more than 2 hours I was on calling to make booking anappointment, I couldn not do that, they putting me on waiting call for a while, then rejected my calling I repeated more than 5 times but same thing happened with me, finally I could not get mybooking. I hope change service and look aftering their service, unfortunately I see alots negative reviews.

    Very disappointing appointment today. Daughter went with 5 year old granddaughter who has had a night time constant cough for over a month. While we were glad she didn't have chest infection was very disappointed in the gp's attitude, that it was viral and almost said you just have to get on with it!! (I was under the impression everything viral was about 2 weeks not 5 and ongoing)Our family of 5 has had no sleep for almost 5 weeks and our daughter is shattered. In that surgery today there was no support. My daughter and her family are so let down. Won't be seeing that doctor again. There some really lovely doctors here but today wasn't one. Got to be a 1 star.

    I moved to this practice over a year ago. The doctors, nurses, reception staff have been absolutely fantastic. For the first time I feel that I have been cared for and being looked after. I have had no problem being seen quickly - and getting the best care. I never got this service at my old practice. I wish to thank all of the team for doing a fantastic job, you are simply the best Thank you very much

    The receptionist team lack empathy and dontlisten to the patients and lack the soft skills and patience to deal with enquiries. Medical team provide conflicting details. In this case it was obtaining sick notes for long term sick and then obtaining a fit note.
