   i went in on 13th. jan. on request of my gpto collect my fit test kit & my blood tests. the admin lady at the front desk was very approachable and extrmeley helpful and sorting out my reqirements! she even managed to label the contents of my kit to make life easier for me to return the kit to be sent away to medical lab! what a pleasure it was to go back to the surgery and appreaciate the service i receved very friendly and satisfaction certainly guaranteed.dont normally like going to gp surgery on medical grounds but this lady and rest of admin staff despite them being busy they made me feel welcome and i would go back to them! thanks to all of them and wonderful Team!
