   I have come to practice today to make arrangement for my mum as she doesn't speak English ones receptionist asked does she need interpreter informed her that I'll be coming with mum hau I done in past and be interpreting by myself everything for her receptionist start speaking pretty loudly make big complaint to other person at reception that I not understand her draw attention of other people who was at reception that time which was pretty embarrassing for me don't think so that it was professional behaviour from her side at all and things like that shouldn't happen at all just tried explaining to her that ill be interpreting everything for mum by myself yet person. At reception was even raised her voice at me and make whole drama out of this issue things like this shouldn't happen at all was very unprofessional behaviour from person at reception happened 18.10.2024 around 4.30pm
