My child had very sore throat and can’t even swallow the saliva but the doctor says it’s not even inflamed. Didn’t even prescribe normal paracetamol even on request. The spray that doctor said to prescribe, I had to wait for 3 hours (made two trips to the pharmacy) then went to the surgery to check only to find out that the doctor forgot to prescribe it. Even if children in pain and suffering are dealt like this then what will be the plight of other patients.

One clinician do remember the consultation and passes a sincere apology as spray was indeed forgotten to be prescribed. I had a morning appointment with the nurse practioner for a routine test. I mentioned to her about an inflamed cyst, and she made me an appointment to see the GP later on the same day.

The doctors and nurses and receptionist at the greenford family health practice are always verry helpful and the most kind full people, they definitely go above and beyond for there patients, I absolutely would recommend this practice a thousand times.

My family and I are lucky to be patients in this family health centre. Amazing doctors, nurses and receptionists. We always manage to get face to face and telephone appointments. God bless you all. A big thank you to Doctor Sadhara for looking after my patients with so much respect and care. I am lost for words. Keep up the great work.

This is a good GP Practice. The Clinicians are caring. Reception staff are helpful and do their best. Sometimes, as Patients, it can be frustrating when we cannot get what we want when we call in and this frustration can, inadvertently, be taken out on the Reception staff. They are doing their best considering the huge pressure on NHS and GP services. Kudos to them for trying their best and having to detail with angry and rude patients who sometimes have unreasonable expectations, which I know I have sometimes had. I have an elderly and sick mother who I care for and sometimes I want things done quickly and immediately and it can't always be done this way. There are other patients also who need help. Thanks to the Practice and its staff for doing their best - and apologies if I have come across as rude sometimes due to pressure from work, home life and becoming a new and unexpected carer for a family member.
