Twice recently I contacted the practice requesting an appointment, on both occasions I was given an appointment within 48 hours; the doctor went out of her way to see me despite the clinic already been full which I was extremely grateful for! I have been registered with this practice for 4 years now and honestly feel very lucky to have found a practice as good as this! Caring, professional, genuine and committed are just a few words I would use to describe both doctors at this surgery, they always seem genuinely concerned and invested in their patients health and wellbeing and certainly go above and beyond to uphold their virtues of a traditional family practice. The admin/reception staff at the surgery also do an amazing job, tasks and queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and they are all professional and approachable, thank you!
