I was in need of seeing a doctor quickly & between reception & the lovely clinician I was very well looked after & was treated in the same morning.

Although I still had to be on hold for a long time due to being number * in a queue, finally I was able to see a medical professional on the day I needed to. I was given support, advice and medication and felt very grateful.

Phoned the surgery, got an appointment 20 minutes later. Saw the clinical practitioner and was given antibiotics. Very pleased with the speed and efficiency.

After concerns over a hump returning my neck Post cancer treatment was treated quickly for blood tests and seeing doctor was arranged the day after.

I went to my GP at Weedon with a painful and swollen foot. My GP immediately got me an appointment that same day at Greens Norton with the in house Podiatrist. He was a very thorough specialist, with a fantastic manner about him. Diagnosed an infection in my joints in my foot. A course of antibiotics later and I’m back walking pain free. I have been with the Practice since moving into Flore a little over a year ago. Have had nothing but good experiences with both surgery’s.

Apart from the 8am telephone scramble for appointments my experience was exceptionally good. There was a warm and caring response from the appointment receptionist. I was seen promptly and the Duty Doctor was everything you could want from your GP. Communication was very good at all levels. The surgery this time pulled out all the stops and provided excellent service.
