Appointments are much easier to make than usual, everyone very friendly and can't do enough to help you and take regard of your circumstances (time leaving work etc). Sometimes they even open on Saturday. Other practices have much to learn from this one. Small boo to the jobsworth who decided the waiting room planters were a danger to life & limb tho

After having a fall several days prior to requesting an appt due to a severe pain in my chest I was seen on that very day, reassured after a thorough investigation, and advised as to how to treat the bruising etc., I had sustained.

Phoned at 8.30, seen at 11am, picked up my prescription at 11.30. Exactly how a GP practice should work

Dr was helpful and thorough in how to go forward with my problem. This and a second visit with same doctor should help to find a resolution.

Lovely, efficient staff across all areas. Reception, pharmacy and medical staff all knowledgeable and helpful. The medical clinician I saw was excellent at treating my illness.

One day a man came in with a bad cut on his hand. His wound was immediately dealt with and he was given a tetanus injection.

I had a phone call to say that the doctor wished to see me so I went up to see him and he his having some blood test taken so I hope they come back good when I have them done x

Despite the huge pressure all our medical services are under, the practice at Weedon and Greens Norton continues to offer efficient and very effective treatment. The staff were polite and friendly and had the ability to identify my need and note that it required more urgent attention. The follow up call I received was much appreciated and the preventative measures that were put in place were good. That was much appreciated.
