I was away from home and needed some further help/medication following a recent infection which came back. I rang the surgery and waited 30 minutes to speak to someone. The call handler only replied to my enquiry with a flat "no" and did not even ask for my name. I managed to get into the local GP near where I was staying and in under 30 minutes attended their drop in clinic, saw a GP and got the necessary meds from their surgery, this is what I call customer service, please look at improving your service.

Dealt with, in turn, by a Practioner, Physio and GP. My problem was swiftly dealt with eac and treatment is ongoing.

Doctors who listen. Doctors who give you time. Doctors who recognise you know your own body. Also, long term holistic care given beyond the presented symptoms.

I arrived 12 minutes late and the gp would not see me that's fine but it's ok when they are running late. I think it works both ways

I recently saw the ANP for a medication review. She was very friendly and approachable and was knowledgeable and professional. She answered my questions fully and confidently and I would be more than happy to see her again for a review.

I have had some issues with thhe practish and some of the staff i have to cope with that made me very up set form it i will never go to those people again the way i was treated

I felt I was in safe hands , I had all investigations done quickly, all of the staff are friendly and helpful, the call back system is excellent

I have been with the practice since 1976 and have nothing but praise for it - if you have an issue that requires urgent attention you will be seen promptly. The telephone reception team seem to have improved considerably in recent weeks, even if you start at number thirty in the queue! They display empathy and do their best to get you seen asap when appropriate. To stop confusion it would be better if the pharmacy and other lunch breaks were all the same time. Having the two sites seems to help significantly when getting you seen urgently as well. I must that thank you all, not least for the text messages from the GPs giving you urgent test results, these really bring the human touch to the service. Thank you

I was seen 1st appointment next day (non urgent) the care I received from a paramedic was very thorough and she was understanding
