last June i was due to have a total hip replacement i had had all my pre op tests i was then informed it was cancelled due to abnormal blood results i was seen that afternoon at the surgery bloods were taken and i was referred for a CT scan which was done the following week i was tol;d my blood results were still abnormal and was seen by my named GP who gave results of my scan and fast tracted me to the hospital it was all done very quickly and i felt that i was beinng listened to and given good explanation of what was happenning

Very short waiting time to be answered. Friendly receptionist who made me a same day appointment at a time that suited me. The medical professional I saw was fantastic. She listened to me and came up with a plan of action to deal with my issue.

Reception dispensary and all medical staff first rate having a solid and pleasant service with no hint of being too busy to help. Thorough assessment of my concern by Dr and properly followed up

I had been taken into Emergency at NGH last with severe pain last May, which although handling serious capacity problems over a couple of days they did a thorough, excellent examination. The Gastroenterology department was not inclined to help even though Dr L referred me. However, Dr L concomitantly tried some alternative medication that has helped immensely. Prior to seeing the Dr I was in a great deal of pain during much of each day, l am immensely grateful.

Did not have to wait & felt GP understood my issues, made me feel comfortable & dealt with professionally. Staff overall very friendly when came into practice.

My telephone discussion with the pharmacist was polite and friendly. She sought to accommodate my needs regarding my medication and I am pleased with the outcome.

Was seen by Senior Nurse within half an hour. He/she had researched my condition and suitable medication including contraindications before I arrived.
