My telephone appointment was on time and the GP was very patient and I felt like I was listened to.

Saw the nurse for a blood test she was friendly gave me advice and a thorough check up very happy with the practice the gp and nurses they are very good I also have family here and recommend anyone to this practice I have told all my friends and some do use this practice I also want to say that because I sometimes cannot get to the practice they will be available on the phone and the appointments are usually quick by doing this sometimes I do have to wait for a face to face apointment but usually they are quite quick and available when I need them and the results are usually very quick so I can check on the app if I need a follow up they also make an appointment for me when I’m there which saves a lot of time waiting time in the queue so no standing around just go home afterwards

I had a very helpful and friendly consultation. I was listened to; all of the matters I raised were addressed. The plan was explained clearly to me. I was reassured that my worries were being taken seriously and that if the treatment didn’t work we could try something else.

Efficient and polite service given by staff I have dealt with when visiting the practice. Symptoms I have been presenting have been addressed and a solution sourced either with appropriate further investigation.

I had an appointment with the duty clinician within 2 hours of messaging the practice and now have a course of antibiotics. Outstanding communication
