Hi, It was good experience., at the last appointment. I am appreciate my surgery and there Staffs. They good behave to me . I am happy with the staff. my GP giving good treatment for me . So I am very happy . Yesterday I had an appointment for check my blood prassure. My blood pressure was normal.

Whenever I call for an appointment I am greeted with rudeness by the receptionists who constantly tell me there are no appointments available even though I am in need for emergency appointments. They are not professional or have customer service of how to greet a patient and be compassionate just consistently rude.

I came to the practice on my appointment time but was seen after 40 mins of waiting which has cost me in time and money

We would like to apologise that you had a longer than expected wait time, once you arrived at the surgery. Unfortunately, some appointments do take longer, and our clinicians ensure that the patients are given the full care that they need.

The doctor made me relax and I felt comfortable during the intrusive medical examination of my body. She gave me assurance that I will be cured soon.
