My nurse I had today for my 11:45am appointment was fantastic! She put me at ease, she explained everything to me in terms of when I'd receive my results and how I'd receive them as well. I moved to this GP practice after having a bad experiences at my previous one. I'm really thankful I had her today.

I do not recommend if you have a child with ongoing medical needs. My child's prescription for her feed which she needs to live as she cannot eat is regularly rejected with no explanation. Near impossible for me to ever get an appointment, have to use 111 instead.

Only ever have that day open for appointments, so if you need a routine appointment you’re going to be awake at 6:30am trying to use their AskFirst app, only to be let down and be told theres no appointments, then on hold from 8am on the dot for about 20 minutes and then told to try again tomorrow.
