  1. Review titled Totally inaccessible

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 16 August 2023

I am a carer for daughter with very challenging mental health issues who lives with me. No recognition of my role from practice. I am at point of refusing further support for my daughter. I need some help - but 'anima' is not a good way of explaining my needs. Real people need something better to express their needs I am so sorry for all my fellow patients out there who, like me, need help to say, in written words, what they need help with.

I called the surgery at 8am caller number 23 I eventually got through just after 10am only to be told there were no appointments left for the day and a nurse practitioner would call me at 16.20 the following day Sadly this surgery has gone down hill since Covid-19 even the online services were not working for appointments

Dear Tony Thank you for your feedback. Our phone lines are busy and as you say by 10am there were no appointments available at Greenview surgery, however you were given an appointment on the following day, which was a Saturday at our extended access service and your medical condition was dealt with by a prescribing Nurse Practitioner. I hope that this appointment met your needs satisfactorily, please let me know if this was not the case. Kind regards Liz Perryman, Practice Manager

  3. Review titled Just thank you.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Meghan Nixon - Posted on 05 January 2023

Every member of staff here is fantastic, whenever I need an appointment for my sons they are always seen that day. Tonight I stupidly spilt my sons antibiotics and had a new prescription within ten minutes. The same day access service means you actually get an appointment, I know other surgeries that can’t even give a phone appointment. I always feel listened to when I attend for my sons or for myself. Just a huge thank you to all of the staff at greenview, you all do such an exceptional job.

Please contact Liz Perryman, Practice Manager at the surgery or by email elizabeth.perryman@nhs.net to allow me to investigate this issue. I am unable to investigate without your husband's details. Complaints and concerns should always be raised with the practice to allow us the opportunity to resolve them.
