This practice is the best in Bristol. I have always been treated with respect and care. By the doctors and nurses and now physiotherapist. Absolutely amazing practice, great job everyone

Friendly extremely efficient though Dealt with my problem and gave further help booking further appointments with physio etc.

I had cause to request an appointment with my GP from the practice receptionist, I would assume some triage was employed as I was given an appointment within2 working days. Subject to examination I was then given an appointment for a chest x ray again within 2 working days. I consider this to be first class patient care and would take this opportunity of thanking all care professionals at this practice for the outstanding care and professionalism shown to my family over the many years of association. The sincerest thanks for a very difficult job exceedingly well done. Thank you.

Very good service. The staff are always very polite and waiting time is very acceptable. The surgery is always tidy.

Doctor was brilliant and listened to my issues in fact the whole clinic from the nurses to the receptionist are brilliant

Cannot speak highly enough of the reception and my Doctor always clean and tidy in the surgery, and you don’t usually have to wait long for your appointed time slot

I can always get an urgent appointment when need and a routine appointment with days. My GP/nurse's are friendly and put you at ease, are well informed, empathic, and actively listen to what you say. All said this is a great practice with great staff. I could not wish to be under better care for my (late) husband and myself. Keep up the good work.

Frequent user of practice, my own experience is I can usually get to see or talk to my own doctor on same day or alternative practice doctor if unavailable. Ease of prescriptions or seeing nurses for tests/treatment etc. best gp practice in Bristol by country mile and one of best in uk ranked as Outstanding and is deservedly so.
