Very professional & you can immediately tell this practice cares deeply about its patients. Receptionists were very friendly & knowledgeable. I landed on my feet when registering with this practice. The doctor assigned to me specialises in Respiratory illness & I have Asthma & COPD so I couldn’t have requested a better gp. The only issue I had was because I didn’t know my way around the practice I took the wrong corridor but was quickly directed to the correct room. Can’t rate this practice highly enough & I feel confident my health issues are in good hands 😁

All at The Greenway practice, are always happy, pleasant to see you, nothing is too much trouble. My appointment 16/09/2024 was dealt with in an extremely understanding and very, very helpful manner by my Doctor. Worries resolved.

Went into the practice today to try to get the earliest available appointment. The receptionist was so helpful and asked if I could wait. Just 15 minutes later I was with my doctor, who thoroughly explored every aspect of my problems and even enquired about my partner. In addition to preparing a prescription, he decided to get some blood tests. Checking on the system he saw that there was a space with the nurse immediately, so 5 minutes later, the blood was taken and has gone off to be checked. Thank-you (the review system doesn't allow me to use names, but you know who you are). I realise that such lightening service is not always available, but this experience was beyond any expectations and shows the best of the Health Service.

As usual we received excellent care by all the staff at the GMP. We had our child's first vaccinations and felt the progress was faultless. We had lots of reassurance, the jabs were also done at the same time making it a much smoother process. After we were given a private room to ensure we were comfortable and happy before leaving! Thanks for all the effort.

Reception staff are welcoming helpful and efficient. The Doctor listened , examined me , and explained options and offered solutions . She was easy to talk to ,made a prescription , a referral for a scan and appointment for a physio assessment. Job done and made me feel welcome too . I had to make an emergency same day face to face appointment. This was no problem and I got the help I needed. I was in extreme pain and really couldn’t wait.

Needed to check something wasn’t serious and got an immediate appointment via a very friendly receptionist and an encouraging diagnosis from the doctor. Superbly managed end to end practice. Someone there is making a huge effort to create such a supportive culture.

It is great that the Greenway Practice has a physiotherapist. I have a painful leg so was able to just call up and get an appointment with him the following week and saw him today. Saved having to wait for a GP appointment who would then have had (in the past) to refer me to a physio probably at the hospital and that would have taken up GP time and meant a long wait to get a hospital appointment. Great service, thank you.
