Today's surgery was indeed a nice experience for me. I had an appointment this morning, and the staff was really pleasant and helpful, even though there was a heavy demand on the phones. Well managed under new management. Thank you very much.

I've moved around a few practices in the last 4 years as I've moved flats and I can honestly say this practice is where I've received the best care. I've been suffering from a skin condition for a few years now and the doctors here have been very helpful and even had me undergo several tests to identify the root cause. I've come back as having tested positive for diabetes and it's great they've been able to pick it up early. They've also been very helpful since I've been diagnosed, answering all my questions and being very supportive. A shout out to the receptionist team as well who are both friendly and knowledgeable, I found that this was quite rare at my old practices.
