Many people including myself complain about the NHS on various issues but I had to write about the help above and beyond the line of expectancy from the physio Amy cox now just hoping other departments are as helpful in my next stage of treatment required much appreciated Amy

Thorough check and all health care needs considered.Informative and caring.Great and pleasant manner. Good environment. Appointment punctual with follow up information via patient app.

Twice this year members of my family have been seen and ended up in hospital a week or so later in one case my Mrs was actually turned away just saying she’d get bette and didn’t need an appointment ….. 9 days in hospital was the out come. Overall a good surgery and always been seen promptly. But this year I have lost faith some what. Such as we messaged in on patches ans some time had gone past we rang through and got told someone would get back to us. We were not informed the gps left 5 minutes after this time and it wouldn’t be that day. Good surgery with some bad things happening this year I don’t know.
