Despite being diabetic and heart problems I was left with no medical support over the Christmas Period after contracting a really nasty bug. My repeat medication has still not been sorted despite it being due last week. Very uncaring practice.

It was impossible to obtain an appointment as the 0800 to 0830 telephone request service was constantly engaged. Eventually I got through but the receptionist indicated it was past 0830 so there were no appointments available today. She said I should ring again tommorow. So I dialed 111 who sent an email to the surgery asking a GP to contact me before the end of the day as I required urgent treatment and I was later given a telephone appointment.
