I had a great experience with my doctor during my recent visit. The receptionists on duty were friendly and welcoming, and the waiting time was minimal. My doctor took the time to listen to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I really appreciate their professionalism and the genuine care they provide. Highly recommend!

The staff at this surgery are excellent. The reception team work hard to find you an appointment and are very polite. I went to collect my medical records, which were promptly prepared and ready when I collected. Communication was excellent. I have been using this surgery for many years and can say they work hard for continuous improvement.
