This surgery leaves phone off hook, never gives an appointment, receptionist starts giving medical advise and they never do referral or service without calling and going in several times

I fell seriously ill in August of this year and I must say that both the staff and GP who assisted me were courteous and attended to me in a professional manner.

When u book appointment, for telephone appointment. The dr says he will call between 10.30 till 14:30 in fact he can call anytime up to 11 pm and you end up missing the call or you are at work . They don’t care about peoples lives. You can neither get an appointment and when you do the dr forgets to call you or call hours later.

Trying to call every morning for appointment. Sometimes they pick up the call then disconnecting it. After waiting in long queues’ sorry no appointments left’. All appointments gone by 8:15. 8o’clock they starting to take calls. It’s been 2 weeks I’m trying to get appointment because last time doctor told me to make another appointment in 2 Weeks time and I’m so frustrated my condition getting worse. Can’t take my 3 kids to walk in center. Not doctors but receptionists are useless. Not helpful very rude. Staff needs to be changed
