My recent poor experience with this practice is typical of other experiences I've had there. I'm now switching to another practice. Absolutely impossible to get an appointment, even though the GP asked to see me again on a specific date; reception staff are very unhelpful; test results from weeks ago still not communicated. I'm currently out of crucial medication over a long weekend despite having requested a repeat prescription days ago. It's a shame because the GP herself that I saw most recently was excellent, but of course it's not possible to see the same GP again because it's a complete lottery, so when I finally do get an appointment it will be with someone who hasn't seen me before.

I will be looking for a new doctors as I've had nothing but bad treatment from this place they really need to sort this place out my daughter is a minor and still they are 30 minutes late calling us for our appointment this is just wrong and they need to sort it out

This surgery is great unless you actually want to see a Doctor, it is nigh on impossible to get an appointment.

I have been with this practise for 15+years, the service over the last few months has been terrible. Receptionists not answering phones, no future appointments being available and being told to call on the day (8am). To call, be caller number 7, 11 minutes later all appointments have been taken and to call back at 3pm or the next day for it all happen again. I am awaiting blood test results, which are only available between 12-2. Called 4 days in a row between this time to be on hold 30+ minutes and caller number 1/2/3 etc. Would not recommend this practise and the service has severely deteriorated if you call it a service!!! I have been asked to get someone to call & wait on my behalf for an appointment as I’m working in between them times like no one else works ? Receptionist all saying different things? just unbelievable service I use to rate this surgery but it seems they actually don’t care anymore
