Can not speak to anyone now at all only on line, have had severe shoulder pain for a week now sent e consult in told to go to pharmacy for co codamol still in severe pain told to try Paramol still in pain can’t move shoulder never slept went to walk in they sent email to my GP saying I need something for nerve pain as I have a trapped nerve, sent another e consult (this is the only way now) to my GP today after 7 days of severe pain guy I seen which was not a doctor but a nurse practitioner was going to send something to my pharmacy as I was in tears at this point only to get a call from him when I got home to say the doctor denied this request and stick with pharmacy painkillers and ride it out which by the way could take up to 3 months.I seriously can not understand how they can let people suffer all I wanted was something for the pain , I am considering moving to a vet practice as Animals are shown more compassion.

two appointments in two days.appointment one 20mins late because consultant came back 15mins late from his break .Appointment two waited 20mins before i asked if there was a problem and was told "i have messaged her she is on her way"30 mins still nothing .Had to leave without being seen for another commitment.Having plenty of time to watch tv in waiting room telling us to be on time it seems you dont have to be on time but we do. Not a good service or example. Poor.

You can never get through on the phones at any time of day. There are never any appointments. Some, not all, of the receptionists have no customer service skills whatsoever. This surgery has really gone downhill and I would not recommend it to anyone. I am looking to move to another.
