Since this practice has brought in the mandatory e-consult system to make an appointment (not allowed to call or book in person) it's been a nightmare to try and make an appointment, not least because you can only fill in the request after 07:00hrs in the morning (what are you supposed to do if you work and can't take time to log in - the process takes almost 10mins to fill in the forms!), then you get an appointment at a non-suitable time (and it's a nightmare to change). Getting any information out of the receptionist is simply soul-destroying as she is dismissive, curt, impatient and just generally all-round rude. If you do manage to see a doctor they are great (efficient, caring etc), but it's all the process around them that is stressful, geared against anyone working in a face-to-face job and can't just answer calls at any time etc. I really hope they sort this out

The lack of professionalism shown by the doctors is unbelievable and the unfriendly staff including the reception team give the impression that patients are an inconvenience. Due to extremely negative blood results, I was called in to see the GP urgently but sent home with no medical help and ended up in A&E within a week requiring critical care. When I asked the GP for help, she only suggested blood test after two weeks and get a second opinion if not happy.

All the Staff at this practice are efficient and friendly never a problem getting an appointment my regular prescriptions are sent on time and i feel i am looked after by professional people.Thanks
