The staff on the front desk are helpful, however staff at management level are providing no service to their patients. I have attended the surgery in person so many times, asking for very basic infomration. I have been told by admin manager to put everything in writing. I have done, still no response. I have never felt so undervalued by management staff to the point where I am now going around in circles but no one is willing to help.

88 year old father today discharged from hospital with heart failure. Tried to ring three times to discuss medication and no one answering the phone. Ive now emailed in the hope someone contacts. Disgusting.
