  1. Review titled Shocking service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Yet again I have ended up in A&E because of the complete inability to get an appointment. It is impossible to get through by phone, even to speak to a secretary or practice manager. If you do manage to speak to a receptionist all they say is "You'll have to phone back tomorrow at 8am ". Knowing full well you cannot get through - I was phoning continuously for 2 hours !!!! Yet they are still taking on new patients why ? when they can't provide a service to the ones they already have ?

  2. Review titled Shocking - no service at all!

Rated 1 star out of 5

Urgent appointment is required and I started calling at 8am sharp. After being put on hold for 1 hour, there was just one person in front of me in the telephone queue. I can hardly believe that they put me on hold for another 45 minutes. When I finally connected to the receptionist, I was told that there was no appointment available and the earliest appointment was two weeks later. In addition, I register the online booking as well. What is worst is that, I have been looking for over 3 weeks and not a single appointment is available for me to book. Honestly, this is the worst GP I have ever attended. Receptionist is not respectful either.

  3. Review titled Minor Op

Rated 5 stars out of 5

    by G-Man - Posted on 10 August 2022

After two long waits on the phone, managed to secure a telephone appointment with a Consultant the following day. Was seen in person within a week for further examination and booked in for a minor op the following week which I unfortunately had to cancel. Was rebooked a week later and the procedure was carried out successfully at the Medical Centre. Although the initial booking of an appointment was frustrating, every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and professional. The doctor who carried out the procedure was excellent; great 'bedside-manner'; explained the procedure and after-care in detail and the result was far better than I expected. Thank you to all involved, you are proof as to how fortunate we are to have the NHS
