My veins was very problematic today. Nurse was very gentle and caring as she did her best to find a suitable vein to do the blood test. She was very patient, calm, welcoming, she made sure i was comfortable throughout. I actually commended her, I relish thus type of serve, my heart was especially warmed as she was a young person. Her attitude will take her very far.

All the staff, from reception to GPs are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Hard to get appointments, but that's the same everywhere these days. Have had some problems getting important medication issued in time.

Very easy to get through to them over the phone. Appointments fairly available. Online bookable service is great and I use it a lot for repeat medicine. Lovely Nurse. Seen few GPs there and they all are very professional, thorough and they follow up. Highly recommend

It’s been 2 years and a half that we are registered with this practice and so far we didn’t have any urgent requests/health issues so waiting to get appointments or doctors to call us back was not an issue. But now it’s been more than a week that we’re waiting for answers to a quite simple question, they sent us to an external consultant who said he can’t do anything because it has to be our surgery who deal with it, and now after chasing the issue 7 times, the receptionist hung up on me. I called back and had someone else, who this time could tell me that the manager will call me back. Let’s see if that happens.

Today I had an appointment at 10:40 am for the nurse to take blood. The moment I entered the room she made me feel so at ease about it she was very kind, responsible respectful to me and my situation she was very understanding what ever your paying that nurse it's not enough you need more like her she was amazing my thanks for everything.

I have problems with my hearing Aids it’s not working since three weeks I’m waiting for a referral to Audio logest to be referred every week they saying you have to wait for referral letters I am big problem can’t hear anything

They do lie to your face. I arrived 5 minutes to my appointment due to the traffic and asked the receptionist how long I had to wait and she told me that I would be the next one to be seen. While I was waiting I heard her saying to the doctor that I have arrived late and I should wait for 45 minutes to be seen. When I confronted her, she said that it is my fault that I arrived 5 minutes late when normally they never respect the time of the appointments in general

I want to say I apologise for my rudeness to the nurse today and the receptionist I was stressed about something different and I allowed it to cloud my judgement and make me irritable ur staff did not deserve my stress to been taken out on them please accept my sincere apologies it will never happen again

I consulted with the doctor about my problem regarding the spine on January 2, and she told me that she would refer me to a spine specialist, and so far that has not happened. I think some doctors Willful negligence

What a practice. Great doctors and great admin. I am extremely satisfied with all of my care here. Appointments availability is excellent. Answering calls so promptly
