Today I had an appointment with Lead Clinical Pharmacist. She was extremely helpful, very professional. She went through all my medications. She recommended few steps that I have to follow regarding my diabetes, liver, high blood pressure and weight lost. I am extremely happy with her. Strongly recommended. Thank you for your time and effort. Looking forward to meet you

Pharmacist has been very considerate, patient and helpful explaining medication I am currently on. Pharmacist described action of the medicines, sides effects. Pointed out symptoms I should look for. Additionally requested blood tests for me.

The clinical pharmacist calls me to review and evaluate medications. She has repeatedly been very well prepared, looking at every aspect of the underlying cause for the prescriptions, putting requests for valid tests to enable an efficient session with the GP, explains clearly how to take the medicines and how to report any issues to the GP and she also followed up on progress and made sure that I always understood the advice and the steps to take. She shows an exceptional level of knowledge and commitment to her work. I can only praise the NHS for having such people and providing such a high level of service to the community.

I had my cervical screening and the staff who performed it was professional and gentle. She reassured me and provided me proper technique so the procedure would be done accordingly.

I had my smear test last time. My experience is great, I thought it was very painful but it was not. The staff who did my test was very good and reassuring me all the time.

Had blood and urine test results today. Spoke to health nurse S, took her time explaining my results, answered all my questions. Received a very high standard of respect professionalism from S… Had telephone appointments in the past and left still not understanding fully my results…This time I understood everything I was told. Health nurse made a difference

sd is an outstanding clinical pharmacist who combines deep pharmacological knowledge with genuine care for her patients. I had an Asthma review and medications review with her and she explained all my conditions and medications to me, making complex information easy to understand. sd is really professional, kind, knowledgeable and I highly recommend her for her exceptional expertise and compassionate patient care.
