Listening receptionists who pass details onto the doctors. On the occasions I have needed to speak to a doctor ( post covid)they have called me that day and arranged whatever was necessary. Just had my covid booster and was seen promptly. Didn't even need my book to pass the time!!

Went in for my Covid jab. Extremely efficient and pleasant experience from setting the appointment after receiving a text to entering the surgery and being quickly seen to by the nurse. Well done to all staff involved. :)

Extremely friendly and highly efficient. Had flu jab last week and was in and out in one minute flat. Had covid jab yesterday and was even quicker. Appointments very punctual.

Arrived on time , very busy but well managed by one receptionist. Very nice nurses helpful ,efficient ,and gave a brilliant injection with no sore arm afterwards.

Over and above care and speed of referral where necessary. Feel at ease to discuss any issues and confident with the prognosis and plain, easy understood language used to explain in layman’s terms your medical condition
