Very thankful for the team to be able to see our boy on the day we called. The reception staff were welcoming and offered our boy stickers to cheer him up. The Dr talked through what he was doing and why which put our son at ease. We agreed a plan for his treatment and we were able to get the prescription fulfilled quickly. Thank you so much for the speedy help.

I feel that I receive proper treatment from all parts of the practice, polite and prompt service. Only comment concerning what seems like long waiting time for telephone appointments. Otherwise good.

The practice offers face to face, telephone and video consultations, we understand that patients have a preferred preference when booking their appointment with a clinician and we are always happy to accommodate this. From personal experience I can say I have been looked after by both Doctor & nurses at the surgery. The office staff have always been polite & taken care of my appointments .

My new doctor is very pleasant and appointments were on time. The waiting room is very soul-less and often empty? Staff are friendly and there’s always parking
