My husband & myself came to see the nurse on Thurs May 23rd. She is a lovely, very caring person who made us feel totally at ease throughout our painless procedure.Professional approach, friendly & a total asset to the practice

After a telephone call I saw the nurse practitioner the same day. Follow up appointments we’re booked and I could not fault the service provided.

I recently had an appointment with a clinician at Harambee surgery. I was very satisfied with the consultation, the clinician was very thorough and clearly explained the way forward with the problem.

My appointment was on time. The nurse explained the test thoroughly. I felt at ease. I left feeling confident that my health and well-being is important to the practice.

My appointment was at 9.20am and I was seen promptly. The Dr dealt with my query efficiently and with kindness. She made me feel valued. Provided me with information and agreed to my request re my prescription. A very positive experience

I booked a double appointment with a doctor and was able to discuss a number of issues with her, including an examination for enlarged prostate. This proves that if you follow the correct procedures you can get the required results. Excellent !!
