I would like to say a big thank you to nurse who’s name I can’t mention what a lovely person I went for my smear test she put me at easy she asked my question and listened so a big thank you so ladies if your a bit nervous don’t be this lady is 1 in a million But also the staff are lovely they are always so pleasant and helpful so thank you Harbour medical practice for caring

I work for the NHS but not at this practice. I know how tough general practice is at the moment. The staff and doctors have been amazing whilst I have been unwell for the last few weeks.

Have tried several times to contact them this morning as I was informed someone would contact me on Monday now Friday and an automated message stating opening times then line goes dead I rang gone 9 am the message states open at 0830 on a Friday not happy
