   For the first time in a long while i have had health issues that have resulted in me needing 2 telephone appointments and 2 visits with the Doctor and one pre appointment with medical students . I have found all occasions to be very thorough , informative and offering me reassurance and necessary tests . I have been made to feel very supported and given good advice and medical assistance. In addition all discussions I have had with the reception staff have been promptly answered on the phone and ensured that my appointments were booked up and informed on how to proceed . All staff have been professional , friendly and made me feel reassured in a stressful time .
