Booked an appointment and then on the day of the appointment they told me I don’t have one. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for the past 2 months. I call at 8 am and they tell me they have no appointments left. At this point I’d get help quicker by referring to another gp clinic.

called up this morning to book an appointment , need to see a my gp for my right elbow a bit swelling and i cant even grip and im in pain. but this receptionist told me to go to haywood walk in clinic to have an x-ray without any referrals? i said she said yes. so i went there and said you cannot have an xray without referrals from your gp.. back to gp again got referral go for x ray .. one thing i can say unprofessional practice work its disgusting
