  3. Review titled Worst practice they take it as a joke get paid and go home

Rated 1 star out of 5

by David - Posted on 11 April 2024

Update leaving another review 11/04/2024 Called 3 days ago and apparently because of my initial review they held my registration. Didn't know this was possible, i told them i'm not removing my review and i would still like to be registered. was then told i will be registered and this should be done the day after. i now call back today and i'm being told i'm still not registered. why are you guys treating me like this. i need to be registered in order to receive my medication. why are you lot intentionally putting my health at risk. i've not been able to get my prescription now for a whole week because of this rubish. 13/03/24 Worst waiting time in the world. I'm caller number 1 in the que for 1hour 30mins and still going. Within that time you may as well walk over there and see why no one is answering your call. At this rate I don't think they even care about patients that call in. 05/02/2024 You’ll never be seeen don’t even bother. Always a reason why you can’t be seen. Somehow all the appointments are always taken. Also have to call at 8am sharp if you miss that time forget it all the appointments will be taken by then …More

Please rest assured that we never refuse registrations, particularly for the reasons you've mentioned. We understand the urgency of your situation and would like to clarify that while the registration process can take up to 2-3 weeks, especially during busy periods, we are committed to expediting this process for you. Your well-being is our priority, and we encourage you to reach out to the surgery to discuss your concerns further. We're here to support you throughout the registration process and ensure a smooth transition to our practice. Regards Harlow Road Surgery

  4. Review titled gone downhill rapidly

I agree with some of the other posts , receptionists are rude and awkward ,this needs seriously looking Into since the male doctor subranian retired ,it's like it's gone to pieces there,I've been a patient there for 20 years , they would give you an appointment as a last resort ,trying to get you either to go to a walk in centre miles away in working hours or a pharmacy , if that's the case then what's the point of the surgery existing at all ? it's almost seems like they're lying about all the appointments taken just so you don't ring back and forced to go to one of these walk in centres, which is just another a&e when the male doctor was there ,I could get a same day appointment every single time I called up so what has gone wrong there ?

  5. Review titled Worst gp practice in London

Rated 1 star out of 5

    by Eduard-Gabriel Harca - Posted on 08 November 2023

I was booked today at 15:45 for an appointment to register with them, I left work ar 14:00 to be on time here and due delays on tube I arrive at 15:52 and they refused to take me in. When you register with them it says you can be 10 minutes late, they spoke with me so bad and treat me like so bad. Worst services in that area. Disgusting.

  7. Review titled Awful

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Chloe - Posted on 06 October 2022

Absolutely awful surgery. Been registered here for 26 years and since being taken over it’s always a nightmare to get an appointment, never get any prescriptions when you ask for one, receptionists are rude, unhelpful and all over the place! Then to top it all off, they send my 10 month old baby a letter saying they’re deregistering her from the surgery - I wonder how they expect her to open the letter and sort that out herself..What a joke
