I came to collect a repeat prescription Sat 25th May 2024 having initially checked the Dispensary opening hours (8:45 - 11:45am) according to the practice website. I arrived at the practice at 11:10am, and found it had closed. Another patient also arrived, who had also run out of medication and was then on holiday and was clearly going to struggle to get their prescription medication. I do see that in smaller text, lower down on the website that it states 10:45 closure from Jan 2023, but this is below the original opening hours and easily missed. Can the time at the top be amended please? It is really difficult for some patients to attend during the week due to work commitments, and equally frustrating when the correct opening hours is not clear on the website. Thank you.

My family and I have always received prompt and excellent care from this practice. When you've need for medical advice or care, Its too easy to forget the very many external challenges the practice has to contend with whilst providing the high quality of care it aspires to offer its patients. From my experience, the practice works hard to provide this to me and my family in a friendly and professional way. When I compare it to the experiences of others around the country, this practice is exceptional.
