   I had to seek medical assistance during my last day of my holiday and sought out the Hartland Surgery. I would just like to say that the lovely young lady on reception is a credit to your practice. I had been struggling with cystitis for most of the week and by Friday it was unbearable. The receptionist was so understanding and extremely helpful and sympathetic to my urgent needs. She arranged to get me registered and speak with a doctor in no time at all. What a lovely area you are all in and your recommendations for places to visit turned out to be of great value. I have sent you something in the post to express my thanks. Enjoy xx Angela Griffiths
