The doctor and nurse who took care of me during my vasectomy were fantastic. They made me feel at ease and made the whole procedure less stressful than I envisaged.

The doctors made it very easy and comfortable I was a little nervous about the procedure he very quickly made me feel at ease with the whole thing and was very professional at all times gave me clear after care instructions that were very helpful

Was very happy with my experience at harts hill medical centre, all staff were very polite and helpful from the receptionist, nurses and the doctor who performed my procedure, everything was explained from first contact , throughout my procedure and after too. Also the place was totally spotless and very welcoming

The doctor I had was amazing. Kept me really calm and extremely well informed before and throughout my procedure. Truly amazing guy and his assistant was very nice and calming

The doctor, the nurse and receptionist were very professional and kind. The doctor explained to me very clearly the process of my procedure, he was very kind and made me feel looked after and happy. The clinic was also looking very clean and modern which made my experience even better. Thank you all

Helpful and pleasant staff. Kept informed all way through my procedure and made to feel at ease. Got no issues at all with the practice and would definitely go back there again.
