Not my usual GP but attended for a vasectomy. Great service from my initial consultation to the surgery. Dr very knowledgable and comforting. Cant fault it.

Had problems with my prescription before my procedure. Rang reception nothing was to much trouble and a new prescription was done and collected within the hour. Turned up for my procedure went I on time and the doctors talked all the way through it to make me feel at easy. Amazing on how he made me calm and relaxed.

I had my implant removed and put back in the whole experience was great, I didn’t feel overwhelmed and felt very at ease. The doctor who preformed the removal and inserted the implant was the loveliest doctor, the practice should be very proud to have him there. I also felt no pain at all. Overall- extremely good!!

Went for my Covid vaccine and was impressed at how well run and efficient it was. There were volunteers in the carpark to help with the traffic and a two way system to ease congestion. Staff were very friendly throughout. Highly recommended.

I requested a telephone consultation with my GP to discuss the results of some recent investigations. The call was on time and the doctor discussed the results with me and listened to my concerns carefully. We were able to share management options and agreed when the tests needed to be repeated and how I could obtain the necessary forms. The doctor was very professional and put me at my ease quickly. I would highly recommend this practice.

It's difficult to get through on the phone and get an appointment but most GPS are at the minute but when you get a doctor it is amazing, they are so helpful and nice on the phone and the best doctors I've had

Upon attending this surgery, I was greeted by receptionists happy to help with my queries, despite the fact that I had left little time to spare on return of results (due to family health problems). The doctor and nurse who then treated me were very friendly and reassuring throughout treatment. I feel very happy with how informative, although reassuring and professional they were throughout. I recently moved to this surgery and have needed to contact them unexpectedly several times over recent months. The reception staff have been extremely helpful and supportive and the Drs I have seen have been brilliant.

A GP surgery with integrity and efficiency. I rarely go to the GP however, whenever I need an appointment, I get one immediately. Hartshill Surgery has shown my children care and they have spared no expense in treatment and medical investigations. The receptionists are incredibly polite and helpful. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I have been a patient with this Practice for over 45 years (only leaving when I moved from the area). I feel incredibly fortunate to be a patient here.
