Receptionist was rude and unprofessional, shouting down the phone and very belittling. I was told to ring back this afternoon to then be told I’d be sent to a pharmacy because my daughter hadn’t had a routine check up in a certain amount of time. This wasn’t offered to me in the morning I was just told to ring back. I’m going to find some where else to go her mannerism is rude and she shouldn’t be working there.

I called at 8am in the morning for a doctors appointment and I was told I didn't need one because the doctor was going to have a buprenorphine wicth is a controlled drug aka herrowin substance so I'm really ill because bdp can't do there job
