  1. Review titled High standard of treatment

Rated 5 stars out of 5

On my behalf my wife telephoned the surgery this week and after explaining the situation to the helpful receptionist I was given an appointment, yesterday, Friday, with the doctor. I was seen on time, thoroughly checked over, and have now been referred for cardiology tests. Over many years I have experienced good and prompt treatment from the Hatch End Medical Centre.

  2. Review titled Lovely service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

This GP Surgery is very good. Yesterday I had to visit the practice as I was feeling unwell... I was seen by my Doctor within 10 minutes from my appointment time. The waiting area is very clean and has enough seats for patients waiting for their appointments. I received great service from Doctor. She was very approachable and smiley. She listed carefully to my concerns she understood everything and was helpful. Overall brilliant and thorough in checkup and assessment. I’m truly grateful for her care. Hatch end Medical Centre is always good to me. Thank you.

  3. Review titled Rude Reception

Rated 1 star out of 5

I had the worst experience today. We have moved recently from Northwood to Hatch end area. So I called up Hatch end Medical Centre midday to see if I can come and register myself. Person on the phone was a very unfriendly lady. Upon my visit to the surgery, two ladies I unfortunately came across at the reception were extremely rude and unfriendly. One of the lady tried everything not to register a new patient. She even passed a rude comment that I don't look like the picture on my drivers license. She wanted to see my Passport and I asked her why do I have to produce a passport to register at a GP. When I tried to provide her the online utility bill for address verification, she declined to accept it and wanted a hard copy which is now extremely rare. She clearly unwelcoming and rude through the conversation and very unwelcoming. It was clear she didn't want to spend time in registering a new patient. I even explained the lady about the illness I have and that I need to register with the GP. Anyhow, I had no choice but to walk out of the surgery without registering. Most unwelcoming, rude and cold people at the reception. I wouldn't anyone to register there. A total Fail out of 5.

  4. Review titled Kind and caring

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Went in for a blood test the other day. The phlebotomist was so sweet and caring, and really put me at my ease. There's a lot of stories in the news about GPs refusing to see patients, but at Hatch End Medical Centre, I've experienced the total opposite: they are always happy to book me for a face-to-face appointment Unlike some other surgeries I have been with they show genuine care and compassion. They truly listen to me as an individual and take the time to explain everything clearly and answer all questions thoroughly. I'm hugely grateful to the hardworking staff at Hatch End Medical Centre. Thank you.
