   I saw the Doctor on Monday for my symptoms, who was kind and compassionate and have also been seen by your practice nurse and she was wonderful in every way and so kind and thoughtful and made time for me (I was an hour early). It was really heartwarming to be greeted with such kindness. Even your admin staff on Monday helped me when I needed to change to my married name and were patient with me when I had to take some samples home and explained everything to me.
