    I have been visting this practice now for 7 months due to my medical condition and i have never had any problems with the Doctor who is dealing with my health problem, in fact she is the best doctor there because she takes the time to listen to what is wrong with me and she has taken action in trying to help control the pain that i am going through so i would rate this practice a 10 out of 10 and i would definitely give it a 5 star.

    I unfortunately had an urgent medical condition that was diagnosed and managed with great skill and care. My Gp has been supportive throughout and has looked after me with great kindness

    The wors gp I have seen in my life very bad reception are rude the doctors are seeing the patients very very slowly they are just sleeped on the 12 sep 2024 I had appointment for my son 6 years old at 1:15 but he was been seen by a nurs at 2 clock which is a joke please please don't select this gp

    My daughter who is 12 has been having issues for a long time now, we did what the school asked and took her to her GP today, her GP since being a child is absolutely fantastic with children & my daughter is mute with strangers she spoke little but I couldn't thank him enough!

    Told to ring at 8 for appointment 55 minites later no appointments told to go to walk in centre the place is a Joke rude uncaring staff

    The receptionist I’m really sorry I didn’t catch her name was so amazing, full on panic attack she got me calmed down and got me into a lovely doctor who helped and listened and just made me feel ok with how I was feeling and that we can get better, just made the experience so much easier

    Though it's not always easy to get an appointment (a problem everywhere, I believe, these days) the receptionist was understanding and did her best to find me an appointment, then on my visit the doctor was pleasant and reassuring, and I left feeling better. And the treatment I was given has worked. I'm happy with the overall experience and would like to thank the staff and doctors for all their help.

    So my daughter has a wikalo that's gone bad as she's not let me touch. She needs antibiotics so I want to the doctors to make her an appointment with a nurse or doctor to be told to take her to a&e like I still can't get my head round it the hospitals are under sooo much pressure yet your sending a her with a poorly finger? My mind boggles tbh surely a gp or community nurse is first port of call?? Or am I just over reacting?

    Unfortunately after 22 years of being a patient of this surgery I am now leaving, the decline in patient care is absolutely staggering. Unfortunately I have several long term health issues that at times are very difficult to manage, trying to get an appointment is nigh on impossible, I have been left with no medication for days and had to contact the hospital who were appalled at the lack of care. Receptionists need more training because it appears that they cannot relay information correctly, often missing crucial details. The final nail in the coffin was being told that I do not fit the criteria for a home visit, unbelievable really when I am registered as disabled, having several health conditions that make it extremely difficult to actually leave the house, even hospital nurses visit me at home! It is very frustrating that they have a medical centre that is unable to provide the services that are necessary to support patients like me.

    Trying to get in for an appointment - and the receptionist couldn't help advising to call the hospital - no wonder the Hospitals are as stretched as they are! When the first point of call 'should' be the local GP's but yet get turned away. Asking for an appointment for vaccinations and they couldn't even tell me when the next appointment and was to ring the town hall. When did they even become a GP? Plan your illnesses about 6 months in advance and hope for the best because this place is nothing but useless.
