    The reception staff were polite and helpful. The GP I saw took my concern seriously and I felt like they took the time to get the full picture. They immediately got some tests done for me and referred my issue to a specialist consultant for further opinion. They called to check on me again in a couple of days to give me the feedback and provided more information on what my condition was. The GPs at the practice are always patient and effective.

    I visited the practice on 27 January 2023 to have annual asthma review. The nurse spent good time to explain to me the guidlines and was patient enough to listen to other conerns were not related to the visit. She counsulted her manager and provided me with advice consider my personal circumistances. Shw made me feel i am human. She made me respect het practice. Thanks to her and to the manager who was able to listen to her and respected her judment.. Over all the practice staff are friendly and able to accomdate patients needs ifbthey are able to .
