Rated 1 star out of 5

Generally the service from everyone is shocking ( except for some of the nursing staff) but last straw was being prescribed medication with ingredients that I’m allergic to in!!!!!!

I've had the same person looking after my long term illness for years and the Lady is friendly, attentive and efficient. never in a rush and always happy to listen! I now need to move surgery because of house move and I'll be sorry to leave the practice

Dear Dominic. thank you so much for your review. I apologise for the late response. We work incredibly hard to ensure all patients receive the best possible care and sorry you are having to leave us. We all strive to ensure each patient is given the time they need with each clinician so you leave feeling you were listened to and treated appropriately. Your review will be passed on to the wider team as encouragement and acknowledgment of their hard work. Thank you once again. Angela Black - Practice Manager.

Review titled Used to be good now very poor
Rated 1 star out of 5

This used to be a great little practice unfortunately not so now and I really didn't want to leave a negative review however .. I have been told the wrong time for an appointment before and had to really complain to actually see someone as it was urgent and their fault. Recently despite ringing at 8am you cannot get an appointment.. they told me do econsult which is to basically fob you off, econsult came back saying urgent , I was told to go hospital but it wasn't an hospital matter, tried calling the next day no appointment, went to hospital who did a letter saying i need to see gp , rang surgery got told I could email letter in , then got told they don't do appointments via email and to ring at 8am or do econsult so the cycle starts again , I have asked to speak to practice manager but nothing, next step is to call 111

Review titled Overstretched by poor processes.

Reception can vary greatly between competent and helpful staff to those that are abrasive and difficult who refuse to give straight answers when attempting to book appointments. If not understood repeating robotic stock phrases does not help a patient work out their alternative options when the surgery is ‘at capacity’. Once past these the doctors can be fantastic but you’ll be lucky to see one as they are tied up by the receptionists doubling their workload when booking a telephone appointment to see if you need an appointment.
