After an abnormal blood pressure reading was referred to the surgery by the pharmacist . The doctor rang me and asked me to come to the surgery the same day , the doctor carried out a thorough examination explaining all the way through. The experience was informative , relaxed and gave me confidence in what would be required in terms of tests and treatments if required. The Healthcare Assistant carried out the ECG & tools bloods in a friendly and safe way explaining the process along the way. I would highly recommend the practice.

Never have I felt like a burden avoid these like the plague they don’t care about you and you have to get through the line of defense of supposed Care navigators more like defenders of the doctors not allowing you to see them
