Review titled How long is a piece of string?
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 20 March 2023
Contacted them 02/03 and my reply was I needed an appointment and had to wait for one to become available, it's been 3 weeks! It seems I could be waiting 1 day or 1 year for an appointment! I never had a problem before my practice merged into this I don't even know what doctors practice out of there. There's no personalisation....sad times.

After being kept waiting for over 9 week for an appointment I did finally get to see a doctor. What I can’t understand is why it takes such a long time? I also was kept waiting for 3 months for a simple injection for tennis elbow Why

How many people are going to be overlooked before this GP surgery is taken in hand. I have never abused the services offered by a gp, but having reached the age of 67 I find myself housebound. I've tried requesting on 3 separate occasions a GP visit and each time I'm fobbed off with a diagnosis from miles away. (No video link) I've tried explaining everything & that something is wrong, but no one is listening. The last time I didn't even get past the receptionist, just accused I'm not housebound. I'm reaching the end of my patience. What do we do as patients when our requests are ignored?

Review titled Poor practice
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Mr Clive Brion - Posted on 12 March 2023
10 March 2023 I have been kept waiting for nigh on a month for 24hour 7days a week headaches which never go away and all I want is a doctor to diagnose my problem. This may seem harsh but your advertising for new patient yet it seems you can't handle those you already have. I also accept you are very busy and possibly short of doctors but this doesn't solve my problem , every time I ask why the long wait I receive the same response ie the clinician has reviewed your problem and you will just have to wait until an appointment is available. How long is this liable to be? I do apologise for being so vociferous but I'm at my wits end with these headaches I beg you please help me?

Review titled Worst practice
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Malcolm Taylor - Posted on 15 December 2022
This is worst experience I have ever had with a doctor surgery. When you ask for a appointment you get a email telling you to wait 4 weeks and if you contact them you are lied to about there being no appointments, I phoned 111 and got a consultation within 2 hrs after being told there were none for that day or the next. I don’t visit doctors often but when I do it’s needed. I have a symptom that I’ve had for 2 months, I have received two separate prescriptions that didn’t clear symptom so I contacted surgery again to be told I would get appointment in next four weeks, I contacted surgery again and appointment was reduced to one week. If the doctor had done the job right in the first place I wouldn’t be going back, but, because they didn’t I now have to suffer for another week or may be two until it suits them to sort out problem.

I wanted to make an appointment with the doctor because I have pain that prevents me from working every day. I got a message that my phone visit will be in 3 days. I didn't get help and I have to endure the pain for the next three days.
